Charged by “US MINDSCP”? That isn’t us.
“US MINDSCP” is a different company with a similar name. It isn’t the Mindscape app, and we’re not connected to it. We can’t see, cancel or refund its charges.
We sell Mindscape only inside the app, through the App Store and Google Play. Our charges show on your statement as Apple (usually APPLE.COM/BILL) or Google Play, never as “US MINDSCP”, and never from a website.
What to do about the other charge
- Search your email for the receipt or welcome email from the website you signed up on. It usually has a cancel link or a support address.
- Cancel there, and keep a screenshot or email that shows you cancelled.
- If you can’t cancel or can’t reach them, call your bank or card company. Ask them to block future charges from that merchant and to dispute the charges you didn’t agree to.
Cancel your Mindscape subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from, so you cancel there. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Mindscape.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Pick Mindscape and tap Cancel subscription.
On the free week? Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won’t be charged. The app also sends you a reminder two days before.
Ask for a refund
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or ask Google from your Google Play order history.
Signing in
Mindscape has no website login. Sign in inside the app with Apple, Google or your email. Use the same method you used when you started, and your streak and progress come back.
Forgot your password? On the email sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps.
Delete your account
In the app, open the Settings tab and tap Delete account at the bottom. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription, so cancel that first.
