Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and FireUp Lab, LLC (“we”, “us”), the maker of Mindscape. By creating an account or using the Mindscape app or mindscapeapp.com, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Mindscape.

What Mindscape is

Mindscape is a self-improvement app. It offers daily stories, audio, challenges, lessons, mood check-ins and progress features for everyday wellbeing.

Mindscape is not medical care. It isn’t therapy, doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition, and doesn’t replace a doctor, therapist or other professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services right away.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Mindscape.
  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings, Delete account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the app.

Subscriptions, free trials and cancelling

  • Mindscape is free to download. Full access needs a subscription, bought inside the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Prices are shown in the app before you buy. The store charges you, and its terms apply to the payment.
  • Free trial: when offered, the annual plan starts with a free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the store charges you for the annual plan.
  • Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Cancelling: cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. See Help & billing for the steps.
  • Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

We sell Mindscape only through the App Store and Google Play. We don’t sell it on any website. Charges from other companies with similar names, such as “US MINDSCP”, are not from us. See Help & billing.

Using Mindscape

Mindscape is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute our content, reverse-engineer the app, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The stories, audio, challenges, lessons, artwork, design and software in Mindscape belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the app while you follow these terms.

Your feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Mindscape without owing you anything.

Changes to Mindscape and these terms

We keep improving Mindscape, so features and content may change. We may update these terms; if a change is important, we’ll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Mindscape after a change means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimers and limits

Mindscape is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be available or error-free, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use local law and courts.
